In a bowl, we add half of the marinade ingredients and the pork. We let it cool in the fridge for two hours.
In a hand mixer, we add the rest of the marinade ingredients and mash for 3 minutes, creating our salad dressing.
In a big bowl, we combine all ingredients of the salad, chopped in thin pieces, and add the dressing on top. We add the spices and serve in a deep dish.
In a non-stick frying pan, we sauté the pork in high heat for three minutes. We serve it on top of our salad.
Tip: We can add freshly-cut coconut to the salad.
