Thai salad with En Elladi steak, fresh vegetables, cardamom and pistachios

Spicy salad with En Elladi steak, Chinese cabbage, cucumber, yellow and red peppers, peanuts and corn roots with cardamom, lime and chili pepper dressing. An exotic salad that will fascinate you.

ingredients

    • 400 g of pork tenderloin

    MARINADE & DRESSING

    • 2 finely chopped onions
    • 4 g cardamom
    • 20 g lime juice
    • 30 g mustard gentle
    • 20 g brown sugar 60 grams of soy
    • 5 g garlic paste
    • juice and zest of 4 limes
    • 180 g of seed oil
    • 180 g of sesame oil
    • 4 g of salt
    • 1 hot chili pepper chopped

    SALAD

    • 300 g Chinese cabbage
    • 150 g cucumber
    • 50 g celery
    • 50 g fresh onion
    • 100 g yellow pepper
    • 100 g red pepper
    • 4 g basil leaves
    • 30 g unsalted baked pistachios
    • 50 g corn roots

execution

Marinade/dressing
In a bowl, we add half of the marinade ingredients and the pork. We let it cool in the fridge for two hours.
In a hand mixer, we add the rest of the marinade ingredients and mash for 3 minutes, creating our salad dressing.

Salad
In a big bowl, we combine all ingredients of the salad, chopped in thin pieces, and add the dressing on top. We add the spices and serve in a deep dish.
In a non-stick frying pan, we sauté the pork in high heat for three minutes. We serve it on top of our salad.

Tip: We can add freshly-cut coconut to the salad.
