Boil the pasta for 10 minutes. When ready spread it in a tray and mix with olive oil. Let it cool.
In a mixer add the yogurt, the vinegar, the mustard, the olive oil, the curry powder and the marmalade and whisk.
Cut the turkey in triangles as well as the papaya, the celery, and the red pepper. Add all the ingredients in a large bowl and mix. Your salad is ready.
Serve it with roasted almonds, salt, and pepper.
Extra tip: You can use any seasonal fruit instead of papaya.
