Crepes presented in a different way. Delicious beetroot crepes with Gourmet En Elladi chicken, avocado salad, cherry tomatoes and cottage cheese. A delicious and beautiful suggestion for any time of the day.
In order to make 300 ml of beetroot juice just add 500g of raw beetroots in the juicer and then add the rest of the crepe ingredients in the mixer.
In a bowl add the avocado in large pieces, then the coriander, the sliced cherry tomatoes, the spices and finally the lime juice and zest.
In a non-stick frying pan add some butter and add the crepes mix. When crepes are ready and in room temperature fill them with the avocado salad, the cottage cheese, and the sliced En Elladi Gourmet chicken.
Tip: You can make your crepes also with spinach.
