Mini baked omelets with Creta Farms cold cuts and potatoes

Mini baked omelets with En Elladi parizaki and dry salami, fries, mushrooms, and peppers. An easy, quick solution for your everyday breakfast or snack.

ingredients

    • 10 eggs
    • 150 ml of milk
    • 5 g salt
    • 2 g pepper
    • 250 g fries
    • 100 g mushrooms
    • 150 g grated Gouda cheese
    • 250 g En Elladi parizaki
    • 100 g En Elladi salami
    • 100 g peppers
    • 50 g fresh onion
    • 50 g olive oil

execution

Cut all the ingredients into small blocks. Share them in silicone molds. Make the omelet mix with the milk and whisk until it gets some volume. Add salt and pepper and pour it in the silicone molds as well. Bake it for 15 minutes in 170ºc. Serve.

Tip: You can make the omelet only by using 300g of egg whites.
