In a bowl, we add the farina flour, the baking powder, the salt and the sugar and we mix. In a frying pan, we sauté the bacon and the turkey with the chopped onion for 5 minutes.
In a hand mixer, we mix the milk with the eggs and the olive oil and add the flour gradually. We add the mixed cheese, Gouda and Edam, and we finish with the olive paste.
We stop the mixer.
With a spatula we transfer the mixture gradually in a round pan, in every turn we add a bit of the bacon and turkey mix.
We don’t add it at once so that we make sure that it reaches all parts of our cake.
We bake in preheated oven for 50 minutes at 160 degrees. 10 minutes before the cake is ready to take out of the oven, we add the Gouda.
Tip: The cake is ready once we place a knife in the center and no mixture sticks on it.
