In a bowl, we add the yogurt, the seed mustard, olive oil, salt pepper and mix everything together.
In a small hand mixer, we add the olive oil, the caramelized balsamic vinegar, the mild mustard, and mix.
In a bowl, we add the arugula, the chopped chives, salt, pepper and the dressing.
We grill the burgers for about 14 minutes, flipping them every two minutes on each side. We also grill the mushrooms (2 minutes per side). We combine all the ingredients, placing the sauce on the bottom bun and continuing with the pork burger, the mozzarella, the arugula salad, the tomato and the mushroom. We add ketchup on the top bun.
Our healthy burger is utterly delicious.
Tip: We can use Edam light cheese instead of mozzarella and make it melt in the oven.
