CARAMELIZED ONIONS
Coleslaw
Thinly cut the cabbage, grate the carrot and chop the celery and pepper. Marinate the ingredients with the olive oil, the vinegar, the salt and pepper in a bowl. In a second bowl, whisk the mayonnaise and ketchup and then add the cabbage.
Caramelized onions
In a pot sauté the onion with the olive oil and then add the brown sugar and the balsamic vinegar and glaze until it takes this caramel color. Boil the sausages for 5 minutes and serve.
Extra tip: If you want to make fluffier hot dogs, steam the bread for 3 minutes.
